Contact and company
NovaTrack is run by a registered French company, from an address you can look up, by people you can write to and get an answer from. This page says who we are and how to reach us.
How to reach us
One address, read by a person, for everything: contact@novatrack.io. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot in front of it.
We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday, in French or in English. If your message is about a link that has stopped working or a redirect behaving oddly, include the full tracking URL and roughly when it happened. That is usually enough to find the answer in the visit log without a second exchange.
If you want to see the product on your own traffic rather than read about it, the demo request form is the faster route. Accounts are opened by us after a short exchange by email, so there is no signup to complete and nothing to configure before we have spoken.
Postal mail reaches us at the registered office below. For anything time sensitive, email is considerably faster.
The company
NovaTrack is a trading name of LEO BUSINESS, a French company. The service, the domain and the infrastructure all belong to that same entity, which is the one you contract with.

What we build
NovaTrack exists because of a gap that anyone buying traffic runs into eventually. An ad platform reports a number of clicks. The advertiser has no way to see what produced that number, and no independent record to compare it against. When the two sides disagree, there is nothing to argue with.
So we built the record. A NovaTrack link sits between the ad and the landing page, writes down everything the click actually carried, checks it against the signals that separate a person from a datacenter, and forwards the visitor in a single hop. No sampling, no aggregation, no waiting for a dashboard to refresh.
The part we are least willing to compromise on is the redirect itself. The destination is written in plain text inside every link, and it is the destination that gets followed. Not a target quietly stored on our side that could be changed after a link has been reviewed. A redirect that hides where it leads is indistinguishable from one used for phishing, which is why we treat readability as a property of the product rather than a setting. A link owner who wants more can restrict it to their own domains, and anything outside that list is then refused with an error page rather than sent on. The reasoning behind that is written up in more detail on the blog.
The company is small and self funded. There is no sales team, no outsourced support and no investor deadline shaping the roadmap. You will be talking to the person who wrote the code.
Reporting a link
If you have landed on a page through a novatrack.io link and something about it looked wrong, we want to know. Send the tracking URL, or the address of the page you ended up on, to contact@novatrack.io.
Reports are reviewed the same day where we can. Links that breach our terms of service are disabled, and the account behind them is suspended. You do not need an account with us, or any relationship with us, to send a report.
Data requests
For access, correction, erasure or any other right under the General Data Protection Regulation, write to contact@novatrack.io. We reply within one month.
One distinction matters and it is easy to miss. If you are asking about data collected when you clicked a tracking link, the party responsible is the advertiser who created that link, not us: we process it on their instructions. Write to them if you can identify them, and to us if you cannot, and we will forward the request. The privacy policy sets out both situations in full.
